Spa Etiquette
The Millcroft Inn & Spa provides you with a luxurious robe, sandals and a private locker upon your arrival. In the interests of privacy, your body is draped during all treatments with the exception of the part of your body being worked on. Your therapist will discuss this with you prior to beginning your treatment.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment for an orientation and to complete the Health History Form. Pagers and cell phones are not permitted in The Millcroft Spa treatment areas and we ask that you leave them in your locker. The Millcroft Inn & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Gratuities are not included in the treatment price, but are always appreciated for outstanding service. (Special envelopes are available at the Reception Desk or gratuities may be signed to your guest room account.)
 
Spa Reservations
To schedule a Spa appointment, press extension 357 on your guestroom telephone or call 1 800-383-3976. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking in order to assure your reservation.
 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, notification is required 48 hours in advance of your bookings. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will have full charges applied. 
 
Millcroft Gift Certificates are the perfect gift for anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas and any other special occasion.

Our online boutique offers gift certificates in denominations that can be used for our Ontario Spa getaways, or certificates for specific spa treatments.

While we always do our best to accommodate all booking requests, we are often extremely busy and fully booked - especially on weekends.

To help ensure you are able to reserve the services you desire, PLEASE BOOK YOUR TREATMENTS AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

The Millcroft Spa, Centre for Well-Being is a refuge that soothes and heals. 

All of our treatments and services skillfully integrate age-old healing practices from around the world with the latest health and wellness discoveries - from an authentic Japanese Ofuro to a rejuvenating Swiss Shower Kur featuring the traditional Kneipp method from Germany. 

The 9,000 sq. ft. Millcroft Spa incorporates 17 treatment areas (including 11 private treatment rooms), private men’s and women’s locker facilities with herbal steams and showers. The Woodlands Lounge offers freshly-made juices, fireside seating and a breath-taking view of our 100 acres of protected woodlands and meadows. You are encouraged to bring your bathing suit as use of the facilities is complimentary for our guests.

Before your arrival, you will receive a call from one of our Spa Concierges to confirm your booking and (if necessary) amend your spa booking to ensure it best meets your needs.
