offered to share some of his trade secrets and many of his
favourite ingredients and products with a series of themed
culinary classes at The Millcroft Inn & Spa.
Participants for each class will enjoy an informative and
entertaining interactive 60-90 minute class with Chef
Fracchioni and a glass of wine from our extensive cellar.
All classes start at 2PM SHARP, so please give yourself
ample time to make the trek.
