The 9,000 sq. ft. Spa incorporates 17 treatment areas - including 11 private treatment rooms and three (3) dedicated hydrotherapy rooms, a fitness room, an outdoor terrace and healing garden, indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor whirlpool, an Infrared Sauna, private men's and women's locker facilities with herbal steams rooms and showers, and a fully licensed Café - serving a great selection of wellness-oriented fare.

The spacious yet cozy Woodlands Lounge offers fireside seating, complimentary house made granola, fruit-infused water, a selection of herbal teas and a breath-taking view of our 100 acres of protected woodlands and meadows. Guests are encouraged to bring their bathing suits as use of the facilities is complimentary for our guests.

All of our treatments and services skillfully integrate age-old healing practices from around the world with the latest health and wellness discoveries. Services range from standard manicures, pedicures, facials and massage to authentic Japanese Ofuro treatments, rejuvenating Swiss Shower Kurs - featuring the traditional Kneipp method from Germany, or Organic Chocolate Body Wraps.

The Millcroft Spa is also home to Canada's first and only beer-based treatments, and to Ontario's first and only medically developed and supervised Naturopathic Detox getaway - recently voted Canada's best by Travel to Wellness Canada.
